Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
